6:8. ଥରେ ଅରାମର ରାଜା ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରୁଥିଲେ। ସେ ନିଜର ସନୋର ଉଚ୍ଚକର୍ମଗ୍ଭରୀ ସହିତ ଏକ ସଭା ଥିଲା ଓ ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ, "ଏମିତି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଲୁଚିରୁହ ଯେତବେେଳେ ସମାନେେ ଆସିବେ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କର।"

6:8. Now the king of Syria was at war with Israel. He consulted his advisers, who said, "Invade at such and such a place."
